After Sales Service

Our product failure rate is about 0.1%,and we support a three-year warranty(3 years free repair service).
For repairable system failures, our technical team will assist you remotely or provide you with detailed operation instructions to help you resolve the issue.
For hardware failures that cannot be repaired, you can choose to have it repaired locally and provide us with the repair invoice, and we will reimburse the expenses.
Alternatively, you can ship the goods to us, and we will provide the repair. The specific repair plan will be negotiated between the two parties.
For repair shipping costs, we have the following policy.
1.Shipping cost will be on seller account within first 3 month after receive goods for any non-man-made quality problems
2.Shipping cost will be paid by half and half on the seller and buyer after 3months and within 1 year for any non-man-made quality problems.
